HVCC ENERGY has been contracted to develop two major projects in Madagascar
HVCC ENERGY GROUP, ING. a Delaware C Corporation is responsible for the building of a LNG refinery, LNG Port, LNG conditioned pipeline from the refinery to the LNG Port and loading. HVCC ENERGY GROUP, ING is also responsible for building all pipelines on Madagascar to provide natural gas and compressed natural gas to the homes and businesses on Madagascar.
HVCC ENERGY GROUP, INC. will provide all billing services for the project.
This is a joint WORLDGATE MINERALS AND MINING and HVCC ENERGY GROUP, INC. project.
WORLDGATE MINERALS AND MINING FAMILY OF CORPORATIONS will be providing the drilling for Natural Gas on Madagascar. This is a huge project with our sister company HVCC ENERGY GROUP, ING to develop the NG, CNS, and LNG program on Madagascar.
WORLDGATE will be responsible for all drilling, mining, fracking from the well head. This includes all NG deposits found in Madagascar as well as horizonal fracking out to 200 NM from Madagascar.

On Mauritius HVCC ENERGY will develop a network of 10 solar system of 10 MW Solar for a total of 100MW
HVCC ENERGY will develop with our partners IO ENERGY the full off grid solar hydro-grids for ALINA HYDRO-GRIDS BOTTLING CANNING CORPORATION.
This include all worldwide locations in over 40 countries with distribution to 140 countries.
HVCC ENERGY through WORLDGATE MINERALS and MINING will enter into an agreement with D.R. RESOURCES for D.R. Resources, ltd in Africa to provide up to 300,000,000 MT of battery grade lithium per year to WORLDGATE MINERALS and MINING to be sold and utilized by HVCC ENERGY.
